Hey You… Yes you!
Welcome to Wealth Savvy GenZ “THE BLOG”, where i’m going to be talking about personal finance, lifestyle (more like random thoughts i have about life), and sharing my experiences and learnings about money and life!
As you know by the name of this blog, I’m a GenZ but this blog is for YOU, if you want to learn how to improve your financial literacy especially in this dynamic world, see life through a GenZ lens (I’m not sure i’m the full regular GenZ stereotype, so whatever you see is what you get), get the motivation you need, and have fun doing so, because if i do say so myself, i can be funny sometimes.
Why did I start this BLOG!
I always knew that I wanted to share about personal finance while in undergrad because I was very interested in it, thanks to listening in on my parents and grandad’s conversations. I was that friend asking if my friends were saving, if they had a budget, helping them with their budgets etc. Which made me realize a lot of them didn’t know about some of the things I knew or understood like how powerful investing was and so I wanted to share that.
With the age of content creation, i tried youtube once but i never edited the video i made, so i figured that was not for me yet, and i was not really comfortable with putting myself out there (which doesn’t make sense cause that’s what i’m doing now either ways) and i figured a blog was more timeless and it would be like my space.
Also, i have to say the constant smile on my face while writing this post and the one’s i have written so far, definitely convinces me that i’m going to enjoy this journey.
I didn’t know I enjoyed writing until I started this and I realized I do have a lot to say…
